If your Chromebook support Google Play Store

  1. Install NetShare app in the device
  2. Launch the app and accept the VPN permission request if it appears.
  3. Tap on \'CONNECT TO NETSHARE\' button and wait until the app connects

If the device does'nt support Google Play Store the follow these steps

  1. Connect Chromebook to the hotspot created by NetShare
  2. Go to the proxy settings and add the proxy configurations as shown below
